Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

*Due to the nature of the face masks and gaiters, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.*

If you would like to return or exchange an item, ship it to us at the address below with a note inside letting us know:

  1. if you want to return or exchange the item AND
  2. if you want to exchange it, what item/size you’d like back

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or exchange the item with a replacement as indicated on your note. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If the item you received is damaged, please call us at the number below or email us at shopnolajr@gmail.com and we’ll ship you a replacement item.

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Most orders received before 3 PM will ship on the same business day. Most orders received after 3 PM or on holidays or weekends will ship on the following business day. You should receive a confirmation email and tracking number when USPS picks up your package from our store. Please make sure you include a valid email address to be able to track your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you request a refund rather than an exchange, we’ll refund the cost of the product(s) but not shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.

However, if you choose to exchange your item, we will cover the shipping costs to send your new item to you.
